Once we have this information in hand, we can begin the permit and approval process—a crucial step that ensures your project complies with all local building codes and HOA expectations. This stage typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your municipality’s specific requirements and the responsiveness of your HOA or local agencies.
